How to rearrange pages in a PDF
- Drop your PDF. Every page appears as a thumbnail.
- Drag pages into a new order, or use the arrows on each page. "Reverse order" flips the whole file.
- Click Create PDF and download.
Questions
How do I move a page?
Drag it to a new spot, or use the arrow buttons on the page. On a phone, use the arrows.
Can I reverse the order of all pages?
Yes. Click "Reverse order" above the pages. It is handy for scans that were fed in backwards.
Can I move pages into another PDF?
Use Merge PDF to join files first, then reorder the combined file here.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The pages are shown and changed inside your browser tab. Nothing leaves your device.
Can I work on a password-protected PDF?
Yes, if you know the password. Type it when asked; it is used only inside your browser.
Can I password-protect the result?
Yes. Switch on "Password-protect", choose a password, and the PDF is encrypted with AES-256. It is off by default.
